Cleaning and Preparing the Surface
This is a professional adhesive mounting system. To perform properly, all surfaces must be free of any soap
deposits, scaling, spotting, wax, sealants or new construction debris prior to proceeding to the next step. It is
recommended that you clean the mounting areas first with a light abrasive cleaner such as Soft Scrub. After cleaning,
rinse well with fresh water and dry. Inspect area for any remaining deposits. If the surface cannot be cleaned with
normal cleaners, you can use a 320 grit wet/dry abrasive paper to remove heavy deposits. This will not scratch the
surface but will remove issues of hard water or scale. Do not proceed until the surface is completely clean!

smooth or textured surfaces. Surface must be flat on plane to avoid continuous surface tension on the adhesive.

- Grab Bar - Level
- GB00002-NDR (mounting kit) - Clean paper towel
1. GB00002-NDR Adapter Set: 2 Adapters, 3 Adhesive Tubes, 3 Red Tube Keys, 6 Stainless Steel Screws,
1 Allen Wrench, 1 Alcohol Cleaning Cloth
2. Locate and mark desired position for bar. Use a level if needed. Be sure desired mounting surface is
completely flat at all six fastening points. The bar should not rock or have gaps between the base and the wall.
3. Prepare the surface with pure acetone and/or the supplied cleaning cloth. Allow to dry fully for about 30
minutes. After the surface has fully dried, wipe any residue from the surface with a clean dry paper towel.
Do not use a rag or clothing to prevent introducton of fabric softener or other chemicals to the
surface
4. Slide grab bar end cover ring away to expose the three hole base plate.
Attatch the two triangular adapters to the grab bar by using the allen
wrench with supplied screws. If the wall cover ring cannot be easily
removed from the grab bar, simply tap bar on a firm surface.
5. Carefully remove the adapters’ protective film from foam rings on both sides. Be
careful not to tear the foam ring and do not touch the adhesive on foam rings!
Be sure you have clearly marked the location before attaching. Carefully press
the grab bar into place in the desired location for 5 seconds. The adhesive rings
are meant to temporarily hold the adapters in place to ensure safe insertion of
the special adhesive. Therefore, do not apply too much pressure on the
grab bar! Once the adapter makes contact with surface, it cannot be
removed without damaging ring
