THIGHS & HAMSTRINGS
For thighs, lay on your stomach with stretched out legs and rest your elbows in front of
you, shoulder length.
Use your arms and elbows to roll yourself all the way along the length of your thigh.The
leg that is not being worked on can also be utilized to further assist in stabilization and
desired pressure. Twist your body either left or right to reach the left and right sides.
Switch thighs as needed.
For Hamstrings, sit upright and place the ELECTRO under your hamstrings. Use your
arms to roll back and forth. Balance yourself for the appropriate tension using with the
leg that is not being worked on (foot planted on the ground). Switch legs as desired.
