Start on your back and place the ELECTRO between your shoulder blades, right in the
center, where your spine is located . Your feet should be placed firmly on the ground
close to your torso or buttocks. This way you will be able to push off so as to roll all
the way down to your lower back. This will work all of the major outer muscles along
your spine.
You can place the ELECTRO slightly on either sides of the spine for greater coverage
and repeat the same procedure.
If the pressure is too intense, you can place the ELECTRO up against a wall and lean on
it. The positioning of your legs (further away / closer to your body) will determine the
pressure being placed on your muscles.
