Performances
1
Rated
capacity
Keep the battery 1~5 hours after standard charge,
and discharge with 0.2C
5
(A)in the standard
environment until the termination voltage or battery
be protected, then calculate the actual capacity of
the battery. The test is allowed to repeat 5 times.
After the test, the actual capacity
of the battery is not less than the
minimum capacity of the battery
pack.
2
Low
temperature
capacity
Put the battery into different environments of low
temperature for 8 hours after standard charge, and
discharge with 0.2C
5
(A) in the low-temperature
environment until the termination voltage or battery
be protected, then calculate the actual capacity of
the battery.
The discharge capacity at different
temperatures shall meet:
≥80%Rated Capacity@0℃
≥75%Rated Capacity@-10℃
≥50%Rated Capacity@-20℃
The temperature at -20℃ only for
reference, the temperature tolerance
should not exceed ± 3℃.
3
High
temperature
capacity
Put the battery into different environments of high
temperature for 8 hours after standard charge, and
discharge with 0.2C
5
(A) in the high-temperature
environment until the termination voltage or battery
be protected, then calculate the actual capacity of
the battery.
The discharge capacity at different
temperatures shall meet:
≥95%Rated Capacity@40℃
≥92%Rated Capacity@50℃
≥90%Rated Capacity@60℃
The temperature at 60℃ only for
reference, the temperature tolerance
should not exceed ± 3℃.
4
Capacity
retention and
recovery
Keep the battery 30 days after standard charge, and
discharge with 0.2C
5
(A) until the termination
voltage or battery be protected, then calculate the
actual capacity of the battery.
After the test, the discharge
capacity should not be less than
90% of the available capacity.
5
Cycle Life
Charge the battery standardly
, t
hen discharge with
0.2C
5
(A) until the termination voltage or battery be
protected, repeat the steps in the standard
environment, each interval not exceeding 30
minutes. When the discharge capacity is lower than
70% of the rated capacity for three times in a row,
stop the test, and record the discharge capacity befor
it lower than 70% of the rated capacity for three
times in a row.
The life of the battery should not
be less than 1500 cycles.
