DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare one
12-muffin tin with muffin liners.
2. Install the dough blade in the 72-ounce
Pitcher, then add butter, sugar, and eggs.
Install the flat lid, then select DOUGH
and press START/STOP.
3. Once processing is complete, remove the
lid and add the remaining ingredients
except for blueberries. Reinstall the lid
and run the DOUGH program again.
4. Once complete, remove the lid and
dough blade. Add blueberries and stir in
with a spatula.
5. Next, divide the batter among the 12 cups
and sprinkle each one with sugar.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until
golden brown.
INGREDIENTS
1 stick (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar, plus more for sprinkling
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt

/2 cup whole milk
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

TIP For best cleaning results, wash the pitcher, lid,
and blade assembly in the dishwasher.
