DIRECTIONS
1 Install stacked blade in the 72-ounce
Power Pitcher, then place all ingredients
into the pitcher in the order listed.
2 For a pureed salsa, select DIP, then press
START/STOP. For chunkier salsa, PULSE
until desired consistency is reached.
3 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
before serving.
INGREDIENTS
2 cans (10 ounces each) whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 small white onion, peeled, cut in quarters
1 jalapeño pepper, cut in half, seeds removed
1 chipotle pepper, canned in adobo sauce
2 tablespoons adobo sauce
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 lime, peeled, cut in quarters, seeds removed
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

PREP: 10 MINUTES
