USING THE NINJA® FOODI® POSSIBLE COOKER COOKING FUNCTIONS Slow Cook 1 Use the dial to select SLOW COOK. 2 Press the +/- TEMP arrows to select HI or LO. 3 Press the +/- TIME arrows to to select a time between 4:00 hours and 12:00 hours in 15-minute increments. NOTE: The SLOW COOK time setting may be adjusted between 2 and 12 hours; the SLOW COOK LO time setting may be adjusted between 6 and 12 hours. The SLOW COOK HI time setting may be adjusted between 4 and 12 hours.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Cleaning: Dishwasher & Hand-Washing The unit should be cleaned thoroughly after every use. "Add Pot" flashes on the display screen. • Cooking pot is not inside the cooker base. • Cooking pot is required for all functions. 1 Unplug the unit from the wall outlet before cleaning. 2 To clean the cooker base and the control panel, wipe them clean with a damp cloth. 3 The cooking pot, glass lid, and silicone spoonula can be washed in the dishwasher.
HELPFUL TIPS Why won’t the unit turn on? 1 Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet. 2 Try plugging the cord into a different outlet. 3 Reset the circuit breaker if necessary. HELPFUL TIPS 1 Inner cooking pot is oven safe up to 500°F. 2 Use the Keep Warm mode to keep food at a warm, food-safe temperature after cooking. 3 Refrain from removing the lid during a cook cycle. This will ensure that the pot remains at a consistent temperature for best possible results.
