Everyone's idea of doneness differs. This guide shows you what you can expect from each of our preset beef doneness settings. Using Two Zones Want to shorten cook time, but don't need both zones to finish at the same time? When Smart Finish or Match Cook are not selected, technology is integrated into the design to automatically optimize the distribution of power when manually selecting two zones with different cook times. This means the food in the zone with the longer cook time may finish cooking before the set time ends. Check food frequently to avoid overcooking.
