Troubleshooting Guide PROBLEMS Motor doesn’t start or Pro Extractor Blades Assembly doesn’t rotate. POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS Make sure the unit is plugged in. Place the Nutri Ninja Cup onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the cup with the motor base. Food is unevenly chopped. Either you are chopping too much food at once, or you are not pulsing properly. Reduce the amount of food in the cup. Food is too finely chopped or too watery. The food has been over processed.
