Rotate the main command dial to choose the shutter speed.
Shutter speed can be set t
o values between ¹⁄₃₂₀₀₀s and 30s or to
“Bulb” or “Time”.
Aperture can be adjusted by rotating the sub-command dial.
The minimum and maximum values for aper
ture vary with the
lens.
Shutter speed and aperture can be locked at the selected values
(
0 646, 0 670).
M (Manual)
You contr
ol both shutter speed and aperture. Choose this mode for long time-exposures of such
subjects as fireworks or the night sky (“Bulb” or “Time” photography,
0 126).
Shutter speed and aper
ture can be adjusted with reference to the exposure indicators by rotating
the command dials.
