RAW video is a video file that is outputted directly from
the camera’s image sensor without any in-camera image
processing (RGB data before demosaicing)*. Like RAW still
images, RAW video files record rich image information
(tonal gradation, etc.), meaning they offer greater flexibility
in color grading compared to Log video or video recorded
in-camera. This makes them ideal for shoots where post-
production is going to be required.
* Noise reduction, lens aberration compensation and electronic VR
are generally performed by in-camera processing. Since RAW video
files are not subject to in-camera processing, users need to apply
these adjustments as necessary during post-production, by using
third-party software.

이터와 동일하게 풍부한 정보량(계조
등)을 유지하기 때문에, Log 동영상 및 카메
라 내부에서 기록한 동영상에 비해 풍부한 그레이딩을 구현하며, 편집을 전제로
한 촬영에 적합합니다.

일반적으로 디지털 카메라의 노이즈 감소, 렌즈 수차 보정, 전자식 손떨림 보정은 카메라
의 화상처리 과정에서 적용되기 때문에 카메라의 화상처리 과정을 거치지 않는 RAW 동
영상 파일은 이러한 처리가 적용되지 않습니다. 따라서 유저가 별도로 타사의 편집 소프
트웨어 등을 이용한 후 편집을 통해 적절하게 위의 작업들을 적용해야 합니다.
