The color values for the pixel under the
cursor. If the selected color model is
grayscale, values for only one channel
(L) will be displayed. If the selected
color model is RGB, separate values will
be displayed for each of the Red, Green,
and Blue channels. If the selected color
model is CMYK, separate values will be
displayed for each of the Cyan, Ma-
genta, Yellow, and blacK channels. If the
image has been modified, two values
will be shown for each channel: the
value before the slash represents the
color of the pixel before processing, the
value after the slash the color after pro-
cessing. The size of the area sampled to
determine the color value can be
changed using the Sample point size
option in the Advanced Color tab of
the Preferences dialog (see 135).
Information
This palette provides information about the size and location of
the current crop, the position of the cursor within the active
image, and the color of the pixel under the cursor.

The Information palette contains the following items:

Y:
The vertical (Y) and horizontal (X) dis-
tance of the cursor from the top left
corner of the image.
L:
T:
The coordinates of the Top Left corner
of the current crop.
W:
H:
The Height and Width of the current
crop.
The Information palette display will be updated automatically to
reflect changes to the crop in the Crop palette. All measure-
ments are in the Information palette are in pixels.
