It is recommended that you use the viewnder (1) when bright conditions make it
dicult to see the monitor, such as when outdoors in sunlight.
• When you bring your face close to the viewnder, the eye sensor responds to it and
the viewnder turns on, and the monitor turns o (default setting).
•
You can also press the
(monitor) button to switch the display between the
monit
or and viewnder.

When the display in the viewnder is dicult to see, adjust by rotating the diopter
adjustment control (1) while looking through the viewnder.
• Take care not to scratch your eye with your ngertips or nails.
