If there is a problem
Troubleshooting
• When viewing small images, the playback zoom ratio that is displayed may not
mat
ch the actual image zoom ratio.
• This camera may not be able to zoom in on images captured with another make or
model of digital camera.
Cannot record messages.
• Messages cannot be attached to movies.
•
Use [Erase recordings (page 91)] to delete the message for an image before
recording a new one.
• Messages cannot be attached to images captured with other cameras.
Cannot edit images.
• Some images cannot be edited. Images that have already been edited may not be
edit
ed again.
Before editing images (page 88)
• Images cannot be edited when they are played back using [View graded
pictures], [View favorites], or [View by date].
• Images with an image size of 640 × 480 or smaller cannot be edited using [Small
picture].
• Images with an aspect ratio other than 4:3 cannot be edited using [Small
picture].
• There is not enough free space on the memory card or in the internal memory.
• This camera is unable to edit images captured with other cameras.
• Editing functions used for images are not available for movies.
Cannot rotate image.
This camera cannot rotate images captured with another make or model of digital
camera.
