Getting Started
Camera Setup
Setup from the Camera Menus
The camera clock can be set manually.
1 Turn the camera on (A15).
• A language selection dialog will be
displayed. Press
J or K on the multi
selector (
A 15) to highlight a language
and press flexible button 4 (
O ) to select.
• The language can be changed at any
time using the Language option in the
camera settings menu (A108).
2 Press flexible button 4 (S)
when the dialog at right is
displayed.
• Select flexible button 3 (R Yes) when
prompted to set the camera clock.
3 Use flexible button 2, 3, or 4 to choose a date format.
4 Enter the current date and time
and press flexible button 4
(O).
• Press J or K to highlight items and
press H or I to change.
• Press flexible button 4 (O) to set the
clock.
• To turn daylight saving time on, press
flexible button 3 (m); m will be displayed on the screen. Press flexible button 3 (m)
again to turn daylight saving time off.
5 When prompted, press flexible button 3 (R Yes).
6 Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup
process.
• The procedure hereafter is the same as when using a smart device. See from Step 8
(A18) onward in “Setup from a Smartphone or Tablet.”
