Select Flash compensation from the Quick settings display

adjust the setting

output, changing the brightness

the main subject relative

background.
Flash
output
can
be increased
to
make the main subject appear brighter. or reduced
to
prevent
unwanted highlights or reflections.

compensation
is
shown
in
the Shooting information display.

Normal flash

can
be restored by setting flash compensation
to
0.0.
Flash
exposure
compensation
is
not
reset when the camera
is
turned off.
Flash
compensation
is
also available
with
optional
SB-400, SB-800,
SB-600

(ellSO).
