At
the
time
of
writing,
the
following
accessories were available for
the
D90.

Rechargeable
Li-ion
Battery
EN-El3e
(pp.

23): Additional
EN-EL3e
batteries are
available from local retailers and Nikon service representatives. The
EN-EL3e
can
be recharged using
an
MH-18a
or
MH-18 quick charger.
•
Multi-PowerBatteryPackMB-D80:
The MB-D80 takes one
I-~~~~~'I
or
two
rechargeable Nikon
EN-EL3e
Li-ion battery
or
six AA alkaline, NiMH, lithium,
or
nickel-manganese
batteries. It
is
equipped
with
a shutter-release
button,
AE-LIAF-l
button,
multi
selector, and main- and
sub-command dials for improved operation when
taking photographs in
portrait
(tall) orientation.
When attaching
the
MB-D80, remove
the
camera
battery-chamber cover
as
shown at right.

Quick
Charger
MH-18a
(pg. 22): The MH-18a can be used
to
recharge
EN-EL3e
battery.
•
AC
Adapter
EH-Sa/EH-S:
These
AC
adapters can be used
to
power
the
camera for extended periods.

Lenses

Use
eyepiece correction lenses only
if
the
desired focus can
not
be achieved
with
the
built
in
diopter
adjustment control
(-2.0
to
+
1.0
m-l).
Test
eyepiece correction lenses before purchase
to
ensure
that
the desired focus can be achieved.

Magnifying
Eyepiece
DK-21M:
The
DK-21
M increases viewfinder magnification
to
approximately 1.10 x (50
mm
filA
lens at infinity;
-1.0
m-
1
).
•
Magnifier
DG-2:
The DG-2 magnifies
the
scene displayed in the viewfinder.
Use
for
close-up photography, copying,
telephoto
lenses, and
other
tasks
that
require
added precision. Eyepiece adapter required (available separately).
•
Eyepiece
Adapter
DK-22:
The DK-22
is
used when attaching the DG-2 magnifier.
•
Right-Angle
Viewing
Attachment
DR6:
The
DR-6
attaches at a
right
angle
to
the
viewfinder eyepiece, allowing
the
image in
the
viewfinder
to
be viewed from
above when the camera
is
in
portrait
orientation.
