Using Long Bolts and ThumNuts™ provided with the Arms, attach the Arms to the Stretchers as shown. Arm Stretcher The raised side of the stretcher should face upwards. Long Bolt This way up. ThumNut™ Long Bolt Long Bolt Allen Key Arm -Your style may be different to that shown here 2B Fit Wood Buttons into Bolt Holes. ThumNuts™ Tighten all Bolts.
Assembly Instructions Assembly 1: Fit the Back Deck Chair • Love seat • Full • Queen TM S H O E F I T T I N G S Gold SF 0404 3A Carefully lift the Back Deck into position. Place the Bottom Rollers onto the 3B Rest the Top Rollers againt the Leg. back of the Rubber Sea Horse. Please Note: The Bottom Roller should be sitting on the Rubber Sea Horse. Use 2 People! 3C Gently lift the Back Deck so the Top Roller goes inside the Roller Guide.
Assembly Instructions Assembly 2: Fit the Seat Deck Chair • Love seat • Full • Queen TM S H O E F I T T I N G S Gold SF 0404 4A Hook the Seat Deck onto the Snapper. Lift the Seat Deck in vertically, so the Pins meet with the Rubber Snapper. The head of the Snapper should fit between both Pins. 4B Pull the Seat over the "Snap Point." You will need to Pull Hard. Put your foot here Just remember: •The Top Pin - fits over the top, •The Lower Pin - goes underneath.
Assembly Instructions Disassembly 1: Removing the Seat Chair • Love seat • Full • Queen TM S H O E F I T T I N G S Gold SF 0404 5A From the Bed position, lift the Seat. 5B Lift the Seat all the way. 5C Push the Seat over the "Snap Point." Please Note: You will need to Push Hard. Use 2 People! Top Pin Lift from the front, using both Handles. Lift all the way until the Top Pin drops into the notch on the Rubber Snapper. 5D From the Back, lift out the Top Pin and ease the Seat Deck forward.

Lift from the Back 6B Lift Back Deck so the Top Roller is clear of the Back Leg. Lift from the Back Very Important: Make sure the Top Rollers are fully outside on both sides! Roller Guide Final Position of Top Roller Please Note: Back Leg of Arm Use 2 People! 6C Push the Deck forward at the top. 6D Lift the Back away from the Arms.
