STEP 2
Aach Back Frame (C) to Seat Frame (D) using Small Bolts (F)
and Threaded Flanges (H). Insert Small Screws (F) in the front
of the chair, and Threaded Flanges (H) in the back. Tighten
bolts with Allen Wrench (J). (See Figure 2.)
Aach assembled seat to completed fram with Medium Bolts
(E). Insert Bolts from outside of Frame (A) and into Seat using
Allen Wrench (J). Aer seat and frame are aached, completely
ghten down all bolts using Allen Wrench (J).
Next, place Seat Cushion (I) onto assembled frame and aach
with velcro strips on back and seat. Then, aach Headrest (K)
by wrapping straps around the assembled chair. (See Figure 3.)

STEP 3
Aach Stringers (B) to Wood Frames (A). Remove Inserts from Large Bolts (G) and place Inserts into pre-drilled holes on Stringers (B)
(See Figure 1.) Insert Large bolts (G) from outside of Wood Frames (A) and connect to Inserts using Allen Wrench (H). Please Note: Do not
completely ghten bolts yet.
