WiFi and internet connection failures

Connection fail
If the player is fail to connect WiFi, fail to access an internet radio stations or Play Anywhere
server music, there are a few possible reasons:
1) WiFi setup error: You may have selected a wrong SSID (WiFi router
name), or have input a wrong password.
2) WiFi router operation error: Some WiFi routers may fail to deliver
gateway to a new connected device due to system bugs.
3) WiFi signal interference: WiFi signal may be disturbed by the
environment's interference, or the player is too far from the router.

"Connection fail" & "WiFi connection" menu
If "Connection fail" or "WiFi connection" menu display on screen, there
is a WiFi connection failure, the reasons can be:

WiFi connection
1) Unplug the WiFi router for 3 minutes, then power on again.
2) Move the player close to the WiFi router.
3) At the "WiFi connection"menu, select "Setup WiFi", redo the WiFi
setup following the"Quick WiFi setup" section in this user's manul.
Ensure correct SSID selection and correct password entry.
4) After the WiFi connection is successful confirming the SSID and
password entry are correct, move the player to the desired position.

2) If the WiFi connection is failure after some successful operation:
1) Unplug the WiFi router for 3 minutes, then power on again.
2) At the "WiFi connection"menu, select "Registered SSID"select a
desired SSID, press ENTER button to retry the connection.
Remarks:
1) WiFi connection distance depends on the power of the WiFi router.
2) If a WiFi connection is broken after a successful connection, the player will
display "Connection fail" and auto retry the WiFi connection five times.
3) At the WiFi "Connecting" screen, you may press BACK button to quit the
connection, return to the WiFi setup menu.

If "Buffering fail" or "Link failure" display on screen, there is an
internet or network failure, the reasons can be:
1) your internet service failure or bandwidth (capacity) too small.
2) Internet radio station service failure, system updating or the station
has been closed.
3) Internet radio's internet failure or bandwidth limitation when too
many users accessing at the same time.
Solutions:
1) Try another internet radio stations, retry the failed station later.
2) If all the stations are failed, check your internet service, or contact your internet
service provider for an upgrading network capacity service.
