Initial configuration

Note:

only a wired network connection can

be

used

for

the

initial configuration of

the

access point.

Since

this this

device operates

in

AP mode

by

default,

the

user

needs

to

manually configure a static

IP

address

for

the

PC.

1.

To

do so, click

on

Start>

Control

Panel>

Network

and

Internet>

Network and Sharing Center,

followed

by

Change adapter settings.

2.After

right-clicking

on

the

Local

Area Connection,

select Properties.
