With the SX.COM, you can call handsfree on your Bluetooth mobile phone, listen to stereo music or GPS navigation voice instructions via Bluetooth, and have intercom conversations in full duplex with a passenger or other riders. SX.COM 3. GETTING STARTED English 3. GETTING STARTED Installing the SX.COM on Your Helmet 1. Place the speaker-microphone unit in the helmet along with the velcro pads, centered to your ear, in the ear pockets of the helmet. Locate the boom microphone as closely as possible to your mouth when wearing the helmet. 2. Hide the wire under the helmet padding after the installation.
SX.COM Powering On Press and hold the (+) Button and the (-) Button at the same time for 1 second to power on. The blue LED turns on and you will hear ascending beeps and “Hello”. 3 Powering Off Press the (+) Button and the (-) Button at the same time. The red LED turns on for about 2 seconds until it turns off completely and you will hear “Goodbye” and descending beeps. Charging the SX.COM 4 6 You can charge the SX.
SX.COM You can check the battery level in two different ways when the headset is powering on. LED Indicator When the headset is powering on, the red LED flashes rapidly indicating the battery level. LED Note: 1. The USB power & data cable is also used for firmware upgrade of the SX.COM. 2. The USB wall charger is not included in the package. Any 3rd party USB charger can be used with Sena products if the charger is approved by either FCC, CE, IC, or other locally approved agencies that Sena accepts.
SX.COM Low Battery Warning When the battery is low, the blinking blue LED in stand-by mode turns to red and you will hear mid-tone triple beeps and a voice prompt saying “Low battery”. Adjusting the Volume Level You can easily adjust the volume by pressing the (+) Button or the (-) Button. You will hear a beep when the volume reaches maximum or minimum level. The volume is set and maintained independently at different levels for each audio source even when you turn off and on the headset.

SX.COM 5. PAIRING AND USING THE SMH3 WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES Mobile Phone Pairing 1 Turn on the SX.COM and press and hold the (+) Button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue alternately and you hear multiple beeps. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Phone pairing”. 2. Search for Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone. Select the NEXX SX.COM in the list of the devices detected on the mobile phone. 3. Enter 0000 for the PIN. Some mobile phones may not ask for the PIN. 4.

If Bluetooth connection between the headset and a mobile phone is disconnected, press and hold the (+) Button for 3 seconds to recover the Bluetooth connection immediately. 2. SX.COM Multipoint GPS Pairing 1. Turn on the headset and press and hold the (-) Button for 5 seconds until the red LED is rapidly flashing and you hear multiple beeps. 2. Within 2 seconds, press and hold the (+) Button for 1 second, then the LED turns to blue flashing and the beeps turn to high tone double beeps. You will hear a voice prompt saying “Multipoint pairing”. 3. Search for Bluetooth devices on the GPS navigation screen. Select the NEXX SX.COM in the list of the devices detected on the GPS. 4.
SX.COM GPS Pairing as Mobile Phone Mobile Phone GPS Navigation If GPS is not only used for turn-by-turn voice instructions but also is your preferred Bluetooth stereo music source, you can pair the GPS to the SX.COM by following the simple procedures in “Mobile Phone Pairing”. When you do this, the SX.COM thinks the GPS is a mobile phone. But the SX.COM can directly pair an additional mobile phone.
SX.COM 1. When you have an incoming call, simply press the (+) Button to answer the call. 2. You can also answer the incoming call by loudly speaking any word of your choice if Voice Activated Phone Answering, VOX phone is enabled. (Refer to “Enabling/Disabling Voice Activated Phone Answering” for details.) 3. To end a call, press and hold the (+) Button for 2 seconds until you hear a mid-tone single beep, or wait for the called person to end the call. 4.
SX.COM 6. INTERCOM CONVERSATION 6. INTERCOM CONVERSATION Starting and Ending Intercom Conversation Pairing with Other SX.COM Headsets for Intercom Conversation 1. You can start an intercom conversation with your intercom friend by pressing and holding the (-) Button for 1 second. 2. To terminate an intercom conversation, press and hold the (-) Button for 1 second again. The SX.COM can be paired with another headset for Bluetooth intercom conversation. Intercom and Mobile Phone Call 1.
SX.COM Intercom Failure When you try to start an intercom conversation with an intercom friend who is already having a mobile phone call with another person, you will hear a low tone double beep signifying a busy signal. You will also hear a voice prompt saying “Intercom failed, try again later”. In this case, you have to try again later. On the other hand, the intercom friend will hear 4 high tone beeps alerting them that there is an incoming intercom call.

SX.COM Se usar o GPS apenas para instruções de voz passo-a-passo, e não para transmissão de música stereo Bluetooth, a sincronização multipoint é recomendada para a conexão GPS. A sincronização multipoint Bluetooth permite que o SX.COM ligue dois dispositivos HFP ao mesmo tempo: telemóvel e navegação GPS. SX.COM Falha de Intercom Quando tenta iniciar uma conversa com um amigo intercom que já está a ter uma chamada de telemóvel com outra pessoa, vai ouvir um tom baixo duplo beep significando um sinal de ocupado. Também ouvirá um comando de voz dizendo “Intercom failed, try again later”(“Intercom falhou,tente mais tarde”). Neste caso, tem que tentar novamente mais tarde. Por outro lado, o amigo de intercom ouvirá 4 tons agudos e emite um sinal sonoro alertando-os de que há uma chamada interna de entrada.

Coloque la unidad formada por los auriculares y el micrófono junto con las almohadillas con velcro, centradas en su oreja, en los bolsillos para las orejas del casco. Sitúe el micrófono con brazo de forma que quede lo más cerca posible de su boca cuando tenga el casco puesto. 2. Oculte el cable bajo el acolchado del casco tras la instalación.
SX.COM Encendido Mantenga pulsados el botón (+) y el botón (-) al mismo tiempo durante 1 segundo para que se encienda el dispositivo. El LED azul se encenderá y oirá pitidos ascendentes y un mensaje de “Hola.”. 3  Apagado Pulse a la vez el botón (+) y el botón (-). El LED rojo se encenderá durante aproximadamente 2 segundos antes de apagarse por completo, y oirá un mensaje de “Adiós” y pitidos descendentes. Carga del SX.COM 4   6 Puede cargar el modelo SX.
SX.COM Comprobación del nivel de la batería Puede comprobar el nivel de batería de dos formas diferentes cuando el auricular está encendido. SX.COM Vérification du niveau de charge de la batterie Vous pouvez vérifier le niveau de charge de la batterie de deux manières lors de la mise en marche. Lors de la mise en marche, la DEL rouge clignote rapidement indiquant le niveau de charge de la batterie. DEL Remarque : 1. Le câble d'alimentation et de données USB sert également pour la mise à niveau du firmware du SX.COM. 2. Le chargeur mural USB n'est pas compris dans le package.

SX.COM Echec de l'intercom Si vous essayez de commencer une conversation par intercom avec un ami interlocuteur qui est déjà au téléphone avec une autre personne, vous entendrez un double bip à faible volume indiquant que la ligne est occupée. Vous entendrez également un message vocal indiquant « Echec intercom, essayez plus tard ». Dans ce cas, vous devrez réessayer plus tard. En même temps, votre ami interlocuteur entendra 4 bips de volume élevé qui lui indiquent un appel intercom entrant.

Das SX.COM können Sie als Freisprechanlage für Bluetooth-Mobiltelefone, zum Empfang von Musik in Stereo oder von Sprachansagen eines GPS-Navigationsgeräts über Bluetooth nutzen. Posizionare l'unità microfono-auricolare sul casco con i copriauricolari in velcro, con il centro in corrispondenza dell'orecchio, nelle cavità per l'orecchio del casco. Posizionare il microfono ad asta quanto più vicino possibile alla bocca, quando si indossa il casco. 2. Nascondere il filo sotto l’imbottitura del casco dopo l’installazione.
SX.COM Accensione Tenere premuto il tasto (+) e il tasto (-) contemporaneamente per 1 secondo per accendere il dispositivo. Il LED blu si accende e si udirà un bip sempre più acuto e il messaggio “Ciao”. 3  Spegnimento Premere il tasto (+) e (-) contemporaneamente. Il LED rosso si accende per circa 2 secondi fino a spegnersi completamente e si udirà il messaggio “Arrivederci” e un bip sempre meno lieve. È possibile accoppiare il primo cellulare all'SX.COM seguendo le semplici procedure contenute in "Accoppiamento con i cellulari". 2. Per accoppiare il secondo telefono cellulare, premere il tasto (-) per 5 secondi fino a che il LED rosso lampeggia rapidamente e vengono prodotti diversi segnali acustici.

SX.COM Accoppiamento multipoint del GPS Se si utilizza il GPS solo per le istruzioni vocali passo a passo, non per la riproduzione di musica stereo Bluetooth, per la connessione GPS è consigliato l'accoppiamento multipoint. L'accoppiamento multipoint Bluetooth consente all'SX.COM di connettere due dispositivi HFP contemporaneamente: telefono cellulare e navigatore GPS. Seguire le fasi sottostanti per accoppiare il GPS utilizzando l'accoppiamento multipoint.
SX.COM Accoppiamento GPS come cellulare Cellulare Navigazione GPS Se il GPS non è utilizzato solamente per le istruzioni vocali passo a passo, ma è anche la fonte preferita di musica stereo Bluetooth, è possibile accoppiare il GPS all'SX.COM seguendo le semplici procedure di cui alla sezione “Accoppiamento con i cellulari”. In tal caso, l'SX.COM pensa che il GPS sia un telefono cellulare. Ma l'SX.COM può accoppiarsi direttamente a un telefono cellulare aggiuntivo.
SX.COM Rispondere ed effettuare chiamate con il cellulare Nota: 1. Se si sta utilizzando una connessione cellulare multipoint e si riceve una chiamata dal secondo telefono durante la chiamata del primo telefono, è possibile ricevere la chiamata dal secondo telefono. In questo caso, la chiamata dal primo telefono è in modalità attesa. Se si termina una chiamata, si passa automaticamente alla chiamata del primo telefono. 2.

È necessario terminare la chiamata del cellulare per effettuare o ricevere una chiamata intercom.
