New route
to start creating a new route. Select an existing route to open Route
properties and view route information.

Place here
instantly creates a place in your current location. By pressing the
place here
button the current location is instantly saved to
My places
.
This is especially useful when you are required to instantly mark a location on the go, like
when spotting a rock or in man overboard (MOB) scenarios.
Widgets
Widgets are set off as a default. Switch them on from Map’s application menu.
5.4.8 (Compact) dashboard settings
Here you can control the compact dashboard widget that shows on your chart view. Control
your dashboard setting like engine, resources, environment, trip meters and audio volume
can be quickly accessed here with toggle bars for on/off.
Open the compact dashboard settings from the bottom of the tab list in Map Menu.
5.4.9 Utility menu
Utility menu includes three different features. They can all be used by long pressing them.
To add the utility menu to your chart view, select utility menu from the bottom of the tab list
in Map menu. You can select the chart utilities to be on or off.
See ahead
By long-pressing the binoculars icon your map will pan to show you what’s ahead.
Bird-eye-view
By long-pressing the bird icon your map will pan to a bird-eye-view.
