Uninstall the preinstalled bolts on the vertical posts, adjust to your desired height and re-install the
bolts to lock your height in place.
Line up the holes on the Shifter Mounting arm with the threaded inserts on the Shifter Arm and bolt
through with 4 x M8 16mm bolts and washers. Repeat on other side.
