Weight of 2kg is laid for 1hour and 1kg for
24hour respectively on all over negative side
of cells.

Short circuit test Cells are Short-circuited for 48hours. No burst and firing will occur.
SGS Test
Test Method: (1)With reference to standard analytical method by European Battery Association
(EPBA).Battery Association of Japan(BAJ )and National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA
,USA )-April 1998.Samples were digested in concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.Analysis was
performed by atomic absorption or inductively coupled argon plasma spectrometry.(2)As specified in EPA
method 3060A & 7196A .The smple was alkaline digested by using EPA method 3060A ,and then
analyzed ny using colorimetric method 7196A . With reference to SGS in-house method . Analysis was
performed by GC /MS
