PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES
6. Burners will not cross light
each other.
Grease, Food material, or Dirt build up.
Clean the re-bridge channels. Make sure the burners side ports
are clean.
7. Burner output on “high
setting is too low. (Rumbling
noise and uttering blue ame
at burner surface.)
Lack of gas.
Check gas level in Natural gas connection.
Supply hose is pinched.
Reposition supply hose as necessary.
Dirty or clogged orice. Spider webs or other matter in
venturi tube.
Clean burner orice. Clean out venturi tube. refer to “Cleaning
and maintenance Section.
Natural gas connection in low ow” state.
All gas Pizza Oven valves must be in the o position when the
connection valve is turned on. Turn connection on slowly to
allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
8. Pizzas stick to the Baking
Stone
The Pizza oven is most likely not hot enough when the pizza is
put in. Pizzas are also more likely to stick when they are cold. The
cooking deck must be hot, and pizza dough should ideally be at
room temperature before putting it in the oven.
9. Pizza Oven and control panel
lights not working
Unit not connected to power.
Plug transformer cord into power box (from working GFI
protected outlet).
Faulty transformer.
Check transformer output – should be 12VAC. Replace if
required.
Terminals on switch or circuit board are corroded or loose.
Clean connections and ensure connectors are pushed together
rmly.
Access to circuit board is under electrical cover on left side of
cabinet.
10. Burner goes out
Location of Pizza Oven
High wind and wind directly on the back of the Pizza Oven can
cause blowouts.
Locate the Pizza Oven towards the prevailing wind.
Check ame
Follow steps outlined in Step 1. of troubleshooting
Burners installed incorrectly
Correctly-installed burners should be seated rmly and level
with no side-to-side movement.
