Loosen the screw on the right side of the
bottom burner in the burner box.
Remove the middle baking stone (A) and
then both the side baking stones (B) and
(C).

Loosen the screws and remove the stone
supports.
Lift up and remove the doors of the Pizza
Oven.

Loosen the two screws from the left side
of the burner plate to detach the ignitor
assembly from bottom burner.
Remove the burner. Loosen the screw
on the air shutter valve and turn the air
shutter valve to change the air opening.
The burners are pre-tested and adjusted to achieve optimum performance at the factory. If
the burner’s ames are not proper, the air shutter can be adjusted to achieve proper ame.
If the burner is not operating properly and not providing proper performance, refer to this
install instructions’ troubleshooting and maintenance sections.
