Do not put more than 0.2 Kg (0.4 Lbs) of wood chips in the smoker box for smoking.
Place smoker box on top of the Pizza Stones Only.
For good smoke performance, soak the wood chips for not less than 30 minutes, drain excess
liquid and ll the smoker tray completely.
To improve smoke performance, keep the door closed as much as possible while food is in oven.
NOTE
WARNING
If not thoroughly soaked, the wood chips will are up during oven in operation. To
extinguish ame, turn o the valves, open the doors and let the re stop.
Place the smoker box on Baking Stone in desired location.
