SHARE IT: TUNELINK MODE
CHARGE
TuneLink features a fast USB
charger that is compatible with
iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
TuneLink provides a full 2.1 amps
of clean power to charge your
iOS device at the fastest rate
possible.
To ch arg e y o u r d e v i c e , c o n n e c t
your charge/sync cable to the
TuneLink USB connector. Then
connect your charge/sync cable
to your device to charge.

PLUG IT
Connect TuneLink to your car’s
12-volt accessory outlet.
TuneLink’s outer ring will glow
blue when properly connected
and receiving power.
PAIR IT
In your device’s general settings,
turn Bluetooth on and select
“TuneLink” under “Devices.”
TuneLink will auto-pair with your
iPhone
®
/iPod touch
®
/iPad

CONNECT

and app to play your music
wirelessly over an available FM
station, or you can connect the
TuneLink device directly to your
car’s sound system. If your car
does not have an “audio in” input,
you will need to use the FM
transmitter option.
PLAY IT
FM TRANSMITTER
To us e th e FM Tra ns mi tt er :
Download and launch the free
TuneLink app. Select an open FM
station manually using the tuner,
or use the app’s Speedtune
feature to locate an open station
based on your current location.
When you have selected a station
in the TuneLink app, set your
vehicle’s radio to the
corresponding station.
PLAY IT
DIRECT CONNECT

to play your music: Use the
supplied audio input cable to
connect the AUX jack located on
the front of the TuneLink device
to your car stereo’s AUX jack.
SHARE IT
Use the TuneLink app’s Share
Mode to share your TuneLink
device with others. Play music
stored on multiple devices
wirelessly through the same car
stereo system, and create the
ultimate playlist. Select the
settings icon on the main app
screen and choose a share mode
(“Off” “Free” “Ask” or “Tunelink”).
Select the share icon on the main
screen to view devices in the
TuneLink Queue.
NOTE
Ensure that
your iOS device
has Bluetooth
®
capabilities.
Bluetooth-
capable devices
include: iPod
touch (2nd,3rd,
and 4th gen);
iPhone (3G,
3GS, and 4);
and iPad.
Ensure that
your device is
running iOS 4.1
or later.
