Once keys are exchanged, the authentication process is still to be run. The Egg will implement a “Simple
Secure pairing ” process:

CONCLUSION:
More features can be added down the road or some features removed, the most important feature to
define and explore further is the ability to add a heart rate profile mode to which the Egg can switch by
pressing a certain combination of key presses. In this mode the device acts as a normal Bluetooth heart
rate monitor.
