Phoning Technical Support
You can also phone [phone] and ask for Technical Support. Be
prepared with the following information when you call:
❏ Model name of the terminal.
❏ Release of NCDware you are running.
❏ Release of WinCenter you are running.
❏ Host system you are on.
❏ Hardware configuration of the WinCenter server, if applicable.
❏ Operating system running on your host system.
❏ Release of the X Window System you are running on the UNIX
host.
❏ If the problem involves a third-party application, the name of
the application and which version you are running.
