IfSpecific Not implemented. Will always return

ifXTable All objects Only port interfaces will return non-zero values for the
counter objects in this table.
The object 'ifPromiscuousMode' is supported read-only.
‘ifCounterDiscontinuityTime’ is not implemented.
All the statistics counters in the ifXTable are updated
every time SNMP queries them.
