The Router’s Rear Panel
The rear panel of the router is shown below.
Viewed from left to right, the rear panel contains the following features:

Reset: This push button can reset the router to the last settings, or reset to the factory default
settings.
Ethernet: This port is used for Internet (WAN) connection via an RJ45 wall port, router, or
cable modem. It is also used as a LAN port to connect the router to a local computer.
Power: The AC power adapter outlet.
