4-16 Initial Router Configuration
Setting the Manager Password
For security, you should change the Manager password from the default value of 1234. To change
the Manager password:
1.
Select option 23 (System Security) from the main menu.
Menu 23 - System Security opens as shown in Figure 4-8.

Enter 1 to open Menu 23.1 - System Security - Change Password.
