2. Select Backup > Time Machine.
User accounts already configured for a private Time Machine display here.
3. Click the add (+) button.
A maximum of 16 Time Machines can be specified. The 16 can be 16 private or 15
private and 1 shared Time Machine.

4. Select the user name, adjust the capacity as necessary, and click the Add button.
The necessary reserved capacity depends on how the Time Machine is used, but typically it is greater
than the capacity of the Mac to allow for a complete backup plus changes.
