4. To disable an alarm trigger, select the alarm trigger you want to disable and from More,

select Disable.

The alarm trigger is disabled.

5. To add an alarm trigger, click the Add

button.

Depending on your selection, a different Add Threshold Alarm screen might display.

6. (Optional) T

o edit the information for an existing alarm trigger, select the alarm trigger you

want to edit and click the Edit button.

A screen displays for you to modify the alarm trigger criteria.

Configure the Alarm Notification Profiles

You can define the criteria that are used to generate a notification email to you and other

users when an alarm occurs.

For email notifications to work, you have to specify an email server. For more information,

see Get Started with the NMS300 System on page 151.

 To configure the alarm notification criteria:

1. Select ALARMS > NOTIFICATION PROFILES.
