5. To close the History Alarm Detail screen, click the Close button.
Configure the Alarm Trigger Settings
The NMS300 system has 70 built-in alarms. You can enable and disable these alarms and
modify them, and you can define your own custom alarms.
To configure the alarm trigger settings:
1. Select ALARMS > ALARM CONFIGUA
TION.
A screen similar to the following displays:
2. (Optional) To filter the alarm triggers that are listed, click the Show Filter button.
You can filter the alarm trigger configuration by criteria such as alarm name, enabled
status, alarm type, and severity.

o hide the filter, click the Hide Filter button.
3. To enable an alarm trigger, select the alarm trigger you want to enable and click the Enable
button.
The alarm trigger is enabled.
