To close the Alarm Detail screen, click the Close button.
5. To manage several alarms as a batch, select the alarms you want to manage.
Point to More and select the action you want to take:
The action that you select is taken.
View the Alarm History
The Alarm History list shows the previous alarms for the entire network. You can delete
previous alarms from this list. The more alarms that accumulate on this list, the greater the
amount of disk space on the server that is required to store this list.
 To view the alarm history:
1. Select ALARMS > ALARM HIST
ORY.
A screen similar to the following displays:
2. (Optional) To filter the alarm histories that are listed, click the Show Filter button.
You can filter the alarm histories by criteria such as clear time range, device name,
severity, and alarm name.

o hide the filter, click the Hide Filter button.
3. (Optional) T
ake any of the following actions for an alarm history:
• To delete the history of an alarm, select the alarm history you want to delete and click
the
Delete button.
• To delete all alarm histories, click the Batch Delete button.
• To export the alarm history to an Excel or PDF file, point to More and select the
desired action.
4. To view the alarm history details, select the alarm history you want to view and click the
Detail button.
