Manage the Current Alarms
The Current Alarms list shows the active alarms for the entire network. You can acknowledge
alarms, clear alarms, and perform other functions from this list.
 To manage the current alarms:
1. Select ALARMS > CURRENT ALARMS.
A screen similar to the following displays:
2. (Optional) To filter the alarms that are listed, click the Show Filter button.
You can filter the current alarms by criteria such as alarm time range, severity, and
acknowledged status.
To hide the filter, click the Hide Filter button.
3. Select the alarm you want to manage.

ake any of the following actions for an alarm:
• To acknowledge the alarm, click the Acknowledge button.
An alarm that is acknowledged means someone is taking ownership of the issue.
• To clear the alarm, click the Clear button.
An alarm that is cleared means the fault indicated by the alarm no longer exists.
• To view the alarm details, click the Detail button.
