products can regularly check the site and download new firmware, or

you can check for and download new firmware manually. If the

features or behavior of your product does not match what is described

in this guide, you might need to update your firmware.

Computer requirements

For this release of the application, the computer that functions as the NMS300 server must

meet the following requirements:

• 2.8 GHz dual-core CPU

• 4 G RAM (32-bit OS) or 8 G RAM (64-bit OS)

• 20 G storage

• Static IP address

This release of the application supports the following operating systems:

• Microsoft Windows XP (Professional) with SP3 or later, 32-bit and 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows 7 (Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate), 32-bit and 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows 8 and 8.1 (Enterprise), 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows 10 (Home, Pro, Enterprise) 32-bit and 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (Standard, Enterprise, and Web), 32-bit and 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (Enterprise), 32-bit and 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 (Standard) and 2012 R2, 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 64-bit

• Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 64-bit
