Clicking Add lets you create new authentications, Test lets you try them out, and Close
closes this screen.
7. Save — Click Save to preserve t
he profile. You can then right-click it to select Execute. If you
select Execute from the profile editor, NMS200 does not save the profile to execute later.

8. Execute — Clicking Execute begins discovery
, and the message traffic between NMS200
and the device appears on the Results screen.
This produces a standard Audit Trail / Jobs Screen screen displaying the message traffic.

9. A message (Discovery Profile Execute

lete) appears in the Messages at the
bottom left of the status bar.
10. Click the X in the top right corner of the discovery profile editor to close it.
