To enable or disable daisy-chain topology, do one of the following:

To enable daisy-chain topology, select the Enable Daisy-Chain Topology check
box.
•
To disable daisy-chain topology, clear the Enable Daisy-Chain Topology check
box.

Your settings are saved.
Set up an Ethernet backhaul connection
Your Orbi satellite automatically connects with WiFi to your Orbi router or another Orbi
satellite to create a WiFi backhaul connection, or you can use an Ethernet cable to
connect your satellite to your router or another satellite to create a wired backhaul
connection.
Before you set up an Ethernet backhaul connection, make sure that you update the
firmware on all your Orbi devices.
The following image shows how to connect your Orbi satellites to your Orbi router to
create an Ethernet backhaul connection.
