4. Locate the cable (A) that is still attached to your computer.

Insert that cable into a yellow LAN port on the router, as shown in the following figure:

5. Connect any additional wired computers to your router by inserting an Ethernet cable from a

computer into one of the three remaining LAN ports.

6. Start your network in the correct sequence.

CAUTION:

Failure to start or restart your network in the correct sequence could

prevent you from accessing the Internet.

 To start your network:

1. Plug in and turn on the cable or DSL modem. W

ait two minutes.

2. Plug the power adapter into the

AC power adapter input on the router.
