To save the settings to the running configuration, click the Save icon.
Remove a captive portal group To remove a captive portal group:
1. Launch a web browser.

In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch.
The login page displays.
3. Click the Main UI Login button.
The main UI login page displays in a new tab.
4. Enter admin as the user name, enter your local device password, and click the Login
button.
The first time that you log in, no password is required. However, you then must
specify a local device password to use each subsequent time that you log in.
The System Information page displays.

Select Security > Control > Captive Portal > CP Group Configuration.
The CP Group Configuration page displays.

From the Group ID menu, select an ID for the group.
You can select an ID from 1 to 10.

Select the check box for the group that you want to remove.
8. Click the Delete button.
The group is removed.

To save the settings to the running configuration, click the Save icon.
Configure captive portal users
You can configure the settings for captive portal users and add them to a captive portal
group. By default, all captive users are added to the default group with ID 1. After you
add a custom captive portal group (see Configure captive portal groups on page 640),
you can also assign captive portal users to the custom group.
The settings that you can configure for an individual captive portal user include a
password, time-out periods, bandwidths, and maximum traffic amounts.
