2. Select the row of the port that you want to configure. Then, at the top of screen, enter the
following information for the selected port:
• Type a description for the port in the Port Description field.
•From the Port Speed pull-down menu, select the rate for the port:
– 100M (100 Mbps)
– 10M (10 Mbps)
– Auto (Auto will set the speed to 1000Mbps)
– Disable (disable the port)
3. From the Duplex Mode pull-down menu, select the duplex mode for the port (this field is
available only when auto-negotiation is disabled and the port speed is set to 10M or 100M):
• Full (Full duplex)
• Half (Half duplex)
4. From the Flow Control pull-down menu, select whether or not to enable or disable Flow
Control.
5. From the Default Priority pull-down menu, assign a default packet priority for packets
without IEEE802.1P tagging. If the packet comes in with a priority tag, the priority is retrieved
from priority field of the tag.
6. Click Apply.
