Field Description
Port The port number.
EAPOL Frames Received The number of valid EAPoL frames of any type that were received by this
authenticator.
EAPOL Frames T
ransmitted The number of EAPoL frames of any type that were transmitted by this
authenticator.
EAPOL Start Frames
Received
The number of EAPoL start frames that were received by this authenticator.
EAPOL Logoff Frames
Received
The number of EAPoL logof

protocol version number carried in the most recently received EAPoL frame.
EAPOL Last Frame Source The source MAC address carried in the most recently received EA

the frame type is not recognized.

Perform a cable test
You can test and view information about the cables that are connected to switch ports.
To perform a cable test:
1. Connect your computer
to the same network as the switch.
You can use a WiFi or wired connection to connect your computer to the network, or
connect directly to a switch that is off-network using an Ethernet cable.
2. Launch
a web browser.
3. In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch.
