6. Dot11 Mode Configuration Commands
This chapter explains the configuration commands, keywords, and associated parameters in the
dot11 mode. The chapter includes the following sections:
• Wireless Radio Commands
• Wireless Profile Commands
IMPORTANT:
After you have issued a command that includes the word
configure, add, or edit, you need to save (or cancel) your
changes. For more information, see Save Commands on page 13.
Wireless Radio Commands
dot11 radio configure
This command configures the basic radio settings. After you have issued the dot11 radio
configure command, you enter the dot11-config [radio] mode, and then you can configure
one keyword and associated parameter or associated keyword at a time. You first need to
configure the geographical area and country of operation.
