applications.Integratorsmayusethe AirCard850,860,875,
880,881,880E,and881Ewirelessnetworkcardsintheirfinal
productswithoutadditionalFCC/ICcertificationiftheymeet
thefollowingconditions.
Otherwise,additionalFCC/IC
approvalsmustbeobtained.
1. Atleast20cmseparationdistancebetweentheantenna
andtheuser’sbodymustbemaintainedatalltimes.
2. TheAirCard850,860,875,880,881,880E,and881E
wirelessnetworkcardsandtheirantennasmustnotbe
colocatedwithanyothertransmitter
orantennawithina
hostdevice.
3. Ausermanualwiththeendproductmustclearlyindicate
theoperatingrequirementsandconditionsthatmustbe
observedtoensurecompliancewithcurrentFCC/ICRF
exposureguidelines.
4. TheendproductwithanembeddedAirCard850,860,875,
880,881,880E,881Ewirelessnetworkcard
mustpassthe
unintentionalemissiontestingandproperlyauthorized
perFCCPart15requirementswhereapp licable.
Note: If these wireless network cards are intended for use in a
portable device, you are responsible for separate approval to satisfy
the SAR requirements of FCC Part 2.1093 and IC RSS-102.
