4. Inserting the AirCard USB modem
1. IfthebatteryandtheSIMcardarenotalreadyinsertedin
yourAirCardmodem,insertthem.(See”1.Insertingthe
battery”and“2.InsertingtheSIMcard”onpage 23.)
2. InserttheAirCardmodemintotheUSBslot:
a. SlidetheleveronthebackoftheAirCardmodemin
thedirection
indicatedbythetriangletoreleasethe
modemʹsUSBconnector.

b. AdjusttheUSBconnectortothedesiredangle.The
USBconnectorisadjustabletoa90,135,or160degree
angle.

c. GentlyinsertthemodemintotheUSBslot.(Alterna‐
tively,youcanattachthedockingcradletoyour
computer’sUSBslot,andinserttheAirCardmodem
intothedockingcradle.)
