• 1 = Part of a multiparty (conference) call
<number> (Telephone number of other end of connection):
• format specified by next parameter (<type>)
<type> (Address octet type):
• Two bitfields identifying the type of telephone number and numbering
plan type (national / international).
• Format specified in 3GPP TS 24.008 Section 10.5.4.7
<alpha> (Tag associated with <number> in the phonebook):
• Example: “John Doe”
